• You constantly tweak, plan, and push.

4. Track where you’re gripping vs. where you’re flowing. Look for patterns. Where do you feel tight? Where does ease show up?
5. Make space to receive. You can’t channel divine inspiration when your schedule is packed and your nervous system is fried. Freedom requires space.
