But here’s the thing: your desire for success doesn’t make you selfish or greedy. It makes you visionary. It makes you a leader. And most importantly, it makes you capable of creating real change in the world.

It’s time to challenge those limiting beliefs and redefine your relationship with ambition and wealth. Here are some steps to get you started:

• 1. Identify Your Triggers: Pay attention to the thoughts and emotions that arise when you think about making more money or achieving greater success. These can be clues to the limiting beliefs you need to address.
• 2. Question Your Narratives: Ask yourself where your beliefs about money and success come from. Are they truly yours, or are they inherited from family, society, or past experiences?
• 3. Envision Your Impact: Instead of focusing on the money itself, think about what you could do with more resources. How could you serve your clients better? Support your community? Make a difference in the world?
• 4. Surround Yourself with Support: Seek out communities and mentors who encourage your growth and celebrate your ambitions. Remember, you become like the five people you spend the most time with.
