Alumni Membership Terms of Service

Please take the time to read and understand these Membership terms and conditions (Membership Terms). They govern your (your or you) access to Bri Seeley’s Monthly Alumni Membership service as a member.

Once you click “I agree”, you agree to the Membership Terms as a legally binding contract between you and Seeley Enterprises Inc. If you do not wish to agree to these Membership Terms, please don’t enroll in this services!

In these Membership Terms, Content means all the content provided including the online community, videos, call recordings, resources, etc.

 

1. Payment Plan

Your payments are made every month on the 1st of the month during the duration of the membership term (with the exception of your enrollment month wherein your payment will be made upon enrollment).

You understand and agree that you are committing to a monthly membership. And you agree to membership fees payable by you at the rate offered at purchase time every month you wish to remain enrolled. By enrolling in membership, you grant permission for Seeley Enterprises, Inc. to charge your card for the monthly payment amount on a recurring basis. Failure to pay by the 3rd of the month will result in suspension from the membership.

You may unenroll yourself at any point in time by emailing info@briseeley.com and requesting that your membership be cancelled. Membership cancellation requests must be made at least 24-hours prior to the billing date to be honored.

We do not offer full or partial refunds. Any memberships cancelled in the middle of the month will remain active until the final day of the month, upon which time access to the content will end. Any memberships cancelled with less than 24-hours notice of the 1st of the month will be cancelled the subsequent month

2. Membership

You must be 18 years of age to join this membership. Your Membership is non-transferable. You must not allow anyone else access to the content provided under your membership.

Nothing in this Agreement and nothing in Bri Seeley’s statements to clients will be construed as a promise about the outcome of Bri Seeley’s coaching services or Client’s desired results.

Bri Seeley is a registered Hypnotherapist with the State of California and may be included in this membership. Services to be provided do not include the practice of medicine, as Hypnotherapist is not a licensed physician. These services are non-diagnostic, do not interfered with medically prescribed treatments, and are complementary to the healing arts services that are licensed by the state.

The Client is fully responsible for any decisions, choices, actions and results arising out of the coaching + hypnotherapy relationship. Except in the case of gross negligence or malpractice, the client or their representative(s) agree to fully release and hold harmless Seeley Enterprises, Inc. from and against any and all claims or liability of whatsoever kind or nature arising out of or in connection with clients session(s). Bri Seeley + Seeley Enterprises, Inc. are covered by the Energy Medicine Professionals Association.

3. Access and Use

The content will usually be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We may, however, need to interrupt or suspend your access to the Content, for maintenance, technical or other reasons. Your access to the Content will end upon cancellation of your subscription.

4. intellectual property

Each item of Content is copyright of its author, Bri Seeley, and owned by Seeley Enterprises, Inc.

Your membership gives you a right (a revocable, non-exclusive license) to use the Content for personal purposes. You may not redistribute Content. Any project files, spreadsheets or other assets associated with Content are included to demonstrate the course or tutorial. You may use, modify and manipulate files for your own personal educational purposes, but you must not otherwise exploit the files and the assets in them, or redistribute the files or assets.

You may freely use the procedures and techniques demonstrated in the Content, as a result of the knowledge you gain from it, for your commercial or personal purpose.

5. community rules

The main community rule is this: don’t be an asshole. We’re all here to support one another and learn. Any posts or comments of a malicious nature will not be tolerated and will result in your immediate expulsion from the community. While Seeley Enterprises Inc. is not responsible or liable for material posted by others, we do take your safety and concerns very seriously and will do our best to ensure the community remains a safe space for all members. We do, however, reserve the right to remove posts that in our discretion is objectionable or in violation of these Community Rules, our policies or applicable law.

You must not upload or post any materials that:

a. restrict or inhibit others’ use or enjoyment of the Site;
b. are false, misleading, fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, or offensive;
c. infringe others’ rights, including privacy or intellectual property rights;
d. disclose personal information about others, particularly sensitive information;
e. contain a virus, spyware, or other harmful component; or
f. contain commercial solicitation or ‘spam’ of any kind.

6. Privacy

Our information collection and use of any personal information about you is set out in our Privacy PolicyInformation that you disclose may be used by Seeley Enterprises, Inc., for marketing activities with your permission and will never violate your privacy.

We may disclose any personal information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or government request.

7. Refusal, suspension or termination of membership

We may, in our discretion, immediately restrict, suspend or terminate your membership and access to the membership if we consider you in breach of these Membership Terms, Community Rules, or applicable law. We reserve the right to refuse membership in our discretion.

8. Changes to Membership Terms

Seeley Enterprises, Inc. may change these Membership Terms from time to time, but we will notify members with sufficient notice before doing so. You will be given the opportunity to cancel your membership if you do not want to accept the changes. If you do not opt out in this way, your continued subscription to and use of the Site will be an acceptance of the updated Membership Terms.

9. Applicable Laws

The laws of the United States and the state of California govern these Membership Terms, and you and Seeley Enterprises, Inc. submit to the jurisdiction of the courts there.
